NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA ESTATE NO. 43D01-1303-EU-48 Notice is hereby given that Larry A. Speicher was on the 14th day of March, 2013, appointed personal representative of the estate of Carl W. Speicher, deceased, who died on the 7th day of February, 2013. The Personal Representative is authorized to administer said estate without Court supervision. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
