NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CARL R. SANDS KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT ESTATE NO: 43C01-1402-EU-23 In the Kosciusko Circuit Court, of Kosciusko County, Indiana Notice is hereby given that Edythe M. Sands was, on the 17th day of February, 2014, appointed as Personal Representative in of the unsupervised estate of Carl R. Sands, deceased, who died on the 2nd day of October, 2013. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims in the office of the Clerk of this Court within the (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
