NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION ESTATE NO. 43C01-1310-EU-164 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JERRY F. PARSON, DECEASED Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of October, 2013, a petition was filed and granted authorizing Kenneth E. Parson, who was heretofore appointed the Personal Representative of the Estate of Jerry F. Parson, deceased, to administered said estate without Court supervision. All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
