NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION IN THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF THOMPSON CAIN, Deceased CAUSE NO. 43D01-1209-EU-148 Notice is hereby given that Mary Ellen Currie was on September 3, 2012, appointed personal representative of the estate of Thompson Cain, deceased, who died on or about July 28, 2012. The Personal Representative was authorized to administer the Estate without court supervision. All persons who have claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the Office of the clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after Thompson Cain's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
