NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN THE MATTER OF THE UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID L. HENDERSON, Deceased IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT WARSAW, INDIANA CAUSE NO. 43D01-1411-EU-143 In the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of November, 2014, Rebecca Struven and Christopher Henderson were appointed as the Personal Representatives of the Estate of David L. Henderson, who died on July 12, 2014. All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the Office of the clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
