NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BERTH AL. MONEYHEFFER, Deceased IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT ESTATE NO. 43C01-1408-EU-105 Notice is hereby given that Sue Boyer, Sharon Muhn and Linda L. Miler, were on the 15th day of August, 2014, appointed co-personal representatives of the estate of Bertha L. Moneyheffer, deceased, who died on the 18th day of June, 2014. The co-personal representatives are authorized to administer said estate without Court supervision. All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the Office of the clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
