NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA DOCKET NO. 43C01-1401-EU-10 Notice is hereby given that Ricky Lane England was on the 23rd day of January, 2014, appointed personal representative of the estate of Waltraud Vandermark, deceased, who died on the 15th day of December, 2013, and was authorized to administer her estate without court supervision. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
