NOTICE OF UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-1309-EU-155 Notice is given that on September 20, 2013, William R. Scarbeary was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Julia A. Byrd, deceased, who died August 30, 2013.
