Notice is hereby given that on the 10 day of July, 2023, a Petition for Appointment of Personal Representative, Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Unsupervised Administration was filed in the matter of the Estate of Wanda L. Skinner, deceased, who died on the 16th day of October, 2022, and that on the 10 day of July, 2023, Julie A. Denny was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Wanda L. Skinner, deceased, and was authorized to administer the said Estate without Court supervision.
All persons having claims against said Estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
