Notice is given that on MAY 8 2024 ,Lacey Rodgers and Samantha S. Newsome, were appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Richard E. Wilson, who died February 19, 2024, leaving no will.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
