IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HEALTHER-SU SHEETS
Notice is hereby given by Counsel for the estate Steven C. Mayer that Ella-Rose Tagliaferri was appointed the Personal Representative of the Unsupervised Estate of Heather-su Sheets, deceased, by the Steuben Circuit Court on November 29, 2023, Notice is also given to Chance Lee Sheets, living or formerly living at 1175 S 45 E, Pierceton, IN. that the Personal Representative has filed a Petition in the Steuben Circuit Court asking the Court to Order the Personal Representatie to transfer the estate's real estate located at 604 N. Martha St., Angola, Steuben County, Indiana to Ella-Rose Tagliaferri, Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of heir to the estate chance Lee Sheets upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is a Petition to Transfer Real Estate. The Steuben Circuit Court has set a hearing on the Petition to Transfer Real Estate for August 19, 2024 in Steuben Circuit Court, 305 S. Martha, Angola, Indiana at 10:00 a.m. on the third floor of the courthouse. If you do not attend said hearing, judgment for what is requested in the petition to Transfer Estate may be rendered in your absence.
