You have been sued by the person named as plaintiff above in the Kosciusko Superior Court No.1, and this notice is directed to you by publication in as much as your present whereabouts are unknown.
1. Plaintiff has filed suit to foreclose its lien on certain real estate owned by you and described as follows:
Lot 992 Block 46 in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp Resort, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded May 9, 1974, in Plat Book 6, at page 107, in the Office of the Recorder, Kosciusko County, Indiana
2. Plaintiff claims an interest in the foregoing real estate by virtue of its lien thereof.
3. You must answer the complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within 30 days after the last date of publication of this notice, or judgment by default will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded in its complaint.
