NOTICE OF SUIT TO QUIET TITLE
TO: Robert W. Brannon, Joan M. Brannon, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of John Kuhn, Jr., The Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of Ella Kuhn and all persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action to quiet title to real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of Lot 6 in Gripes Addition; thence Southerly on and along the East line of said Lot 6 to the Southeast comer thereof; thence Westerly on and along the South line of said Lot 6 to the point of intersection with a public street commonly known as EMS B51A Lane; thence on and along the East right-of-way of EMS B51A Lane to the North comer of Lot 10 in the Plat of White Harbour; thence Southerly on and along the East line of Lot 10 in White Harbour to the water's edge of Big Barbee Lake; thence Easterly, on and along the legally established shoreline of Big Barbee Lake to the Southwest corner of lot 4 in Brannon Estates; thence northerly on and along the west line of lot 4 in Brannon Estates to the point of beginning.
If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your representative must file a response to Plaintiff's Complaint within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to plead or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint, the court may grant plaintiffs the relief requested in Plaintiffs' Complaint.
