Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Kosciusko Superior Court against the above-named Defendants. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Beneficiaries, Legatees, Devisees, and Donees of Ernestine M. Shepherd and Teresa Crews upon diligent inquiry, are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:
