The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Kosciusko County at 6993 Tee Trail, Syracuse, IN 46567, legal described as: EXHIBIT A: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Property: 6993 E Tee Trail, Syracuse, IN 46567-8496. Lot numbered 52 in the plat of South Shore Green, an addition located in Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 8, page 10, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Also, a part of lot numbered 54 in the plat of South Shore Green, an addition located in Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 8, page 10, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of lot numbered 54 as said lot is known and designated on the record plat of South Shore Green, and Addition located in Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence running north 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (record) along the south line of said lot numbered 54, a distance of 169.80 feet (record) to a point (being a platted lot corner); thence running north 0 degree 00 minutes west (record, a distance of 55.0 feet (record) to a point (being a platted lot corner); thence running north 90 degrees 00 minutes west (record) along the south line of said lot number 54, a distance of 16.20 feet (calculated) to a point (said point being located on the southerly extension of the west line of lot numbered 52); thence running north 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (calculated) along said southerly extension of the west line of lot numbered 52; a distance of 51.07 feet (calculated) to the southwest corner of lot number 52; thence running south 90 degrees 00 minutes east (record) along the south line of said lot numbered 52 (also being the north line of lot numbered 54), a distance of 186.0 feet (record) to the southeast corner of said lot numbered 52 (also being the northeast corner of aforementioned lot numbered 54); thence running south 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east (record) to the aforementioned point of beginning. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are unknown: Michael J.
