You are notified that you have been sued in the above named Court. The nature of the suit against you is Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County. The south 216.2 feet of the west 120 feet of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 8, township 30 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 8; thence north, on and along the west line of said northeast quarter, being with the right-of-way of County Road 250 West, a distance of 216.2 feet; thence easterly, by the interior angle of 88 degrees 48 minutes, parallel to the south line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 8, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence south, parallel to said west line, a distance of 216.2 feet to a point on said south line; thence westerly, on and along said south line, a distance of 120.0 feet to the point of beginning.
