NOTICE OF SUIT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff vs. PAUL S. TRITTIN and MARVIN G. BAKER, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43D01-1008-MF-717 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 701 E. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580-3354 and described as follows: Commencing 63 1/2 feet south from the southwest corner of lot number 239 in Lansdale's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, Indiana; thence south on a line with the west line of said lot n umber 239, 85 feet; thence east 66 feet; thence north 85 feet; thence west 66 feet to the place of beginning. Also, a tract or strip of land immediately adjoining on the south of the above described tract, and being described as follows: Commencing at a point 148 1/2 feet south of the southwest corner of lot number 239 in Lansdale's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, Indiana; and running thence east 66 feet; thence south to the north line of Main Street in said City; thence west along the north line of said Main Street 66 feet; thence north to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Paul S. Trittin and Marvin G. Baker If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days, after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
