TRUST 2004-NC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC7, Plaintiff vs. VICTOR T. You are notified that you have been sued in the above-named Court. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County: Exhibit A: Tract I: Lot number six (6) in Block "B" of Epworth Forest as platted in section eleven (11) in township thirty-three (33) north, range seven (7) east, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 258 in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Tract II: Lot numbered seven (7) in Block "B" in the plat of Epworth Forest as platted in section 11, township 33 north, range 7 east, as recorded in the plat book number 2, at page 258B of the records in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana, less and excepting therefrom; Beginning at the southeast corner of lot numbered seven (7) in block "B" in the plat of Epworth Forest as platted in section 11, township 33 north, range 7 east, as recorded in the plat book number 2, at page 258, of the records in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and running thence northeasterly and along the eastern boundary of said lot numbered seven (7) a distance of 32 feet 6 inches; thence southwesterly to a point, which said point is on the southern boundary of said lot numbered seven (7) and a distance of 10 feet from the southeast corner of said lot; thence along the southern boundary of aid lot to the place of beginning. Tract III: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot numbered eight (8) in block "B" of Epworth Forest as platted in section eleven (11), township thirty-three (33) north, range seven (7) east, and running southerly and along the western boundary line a distance of 37 feet and 6 inches; thence northeasterly to a point on the northern boundary of said lot numbered eight (8) which said point is 12 feet from the northwest corner of said lot; thence westerly along the northern boundary of said lot to the place of beginning. Reed, Patrick Tranter In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before October 8, 2009 (same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit) and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
