NOTICE OF SUIT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff vs. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DEVISEES OF ROBERT E. RODEFFER, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT/SUPERIOR COURT CAUSE NO. 43D03-0906-MF-648 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real estate. Against the property commonly known as 9275 E. Backwater Rd, North Webster, IN 46555-9742 and described as follows: Lot number sixteen (16) in Hiner's South Park Addition on the backwater's as recorded in plat book 5, page 19 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Also an adjoining tract in the northwest quarter (1/4) of section 13, township 33 north, range 7 east, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot number sixteen (16); thence north 60 feet; thence east 120 feet; thence south 60 feet; thence wet 120 feet to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): The unknown Heirs and Devisees of Robert E. Rodeffer, Deceased. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days, August 22, 2009, after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
