The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 583 W 200 S, Warsaw, IN 46580-7306 and described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike on the north line of said section 29, 834.4 feet west of the intersection of said north line of Section 29 and the centerline of County Farm Road, thence east 100 feet to a point, thence south 1 degree 23 minutes west, 200 feet to an iron pipe, thence west 100 feet to an iron pipe in a fence, thence north 1 degree 23 minutes east, along said fence 200 feet to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A. and Helvey & Associates, Inc. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Kyle A.
