You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, which is legally described as: TRACT I: Lots numbered 6 and 7 in Shear's Landing on the north shore of Webster Lake. TRACT II: That part of a certain street or alleyway shown on said plat of Shear's Landing in the southwest quarter of section 12, township 33 north, range 7 east, known as Lake Street, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot numbered 7; thence north 30 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence south 30 feet; thence east 100 feet to the point of beginning. TRACT III: Also, an easement in common with others, over and across the following described real estate, to wit: Twenty-two (22) feet of equal width off of the south end of the following described tract: A tract of land in the northeast fractional quarter of the southwest fractional quarter of section 12, township 33 north, range 7 east, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of the aforesaid quarter quarter section and running thence west, 421 feet for a principal place of beginning; thence north 330 feet; thence west 319 feet; thence south 330 feet; thence east 319 feet to the principal place of beginning, and the right to use the roadway described as follows: Beginning at the southeast quarter of the northeast fractional quarter of the southwest fractional quarter of section 12, township 33 north, range 7 east; thence west along the south line of said quarter quarter section 421 feet to the southeast corner of the land herein above described; thence north 22 feet; thence east 421 feet; thence south 22 feet to the place of beginning, subject to the rights of all other owners in the plat of Shear's Landing to use said 22 feet tract and roadway.
