TRACT II: Part of the northwest quarter of section 23, township 31 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a PK nail found at the northwest corner of said northwest quarter; thence north 90 degrees 00 minuets east (assumed bearing), on and along the north line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 990.7 feet to a mag nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing north 90 degrees 00 minutes east, on and along said north line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 South, a distance of 115.0 feet to a mag nail; thence south 00 degrees 15 minutes east, a distance of 227.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes west, a distance of 133.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 00 degrees 15 minutes west, a distance of 167.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east, a distance of 18.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 00 degrees 15 minutes west a distance of 60.0 feet to the true point of beginning. TO BE KNOWN AS: Part of the northwest quarter of section 23, township 33 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a PK nail found at the northwest corner of said northwest quarter; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east (assumed bearing), on and along the north line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 890.7 feet (recorded 897 feet) in a Mag nail at the true point of beginning thence south 00 degrees 15 minuets east (recorded south), a distance of 227.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east (recorded east), a distance of 215.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 00 degrees 15 minutes West (recorded North), a distance of 237.0 feet to a mag nail on the north line of said northwest quarter; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes west (recorded west), on and along said north line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 South, a distance of 215.0 feet to the point of beginning. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are unknown: Long Beach Mortgage Company; and Kim Edmonds You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit has been published.
