WALDEN, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-0807-MF-374 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: EXHIBIT A: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Land situated in the County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, is described as follows: Part of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 36; township 32 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the north line of said southeast quarter at a point situated 901.5 feet, north 90 degrees 00 minutes east from the northwest corner of said southeast quarter; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east, on and along said north line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 350 S, a distance of 228.5 feet; thence south 00 degrees 14 minutes east, on and along an existing line fence, a distance of 752.2 feet 949.59 rods); thence south 90 degrees 00 west, a distance of 228.1 feet to the southeast corner of a certain tract of land, as recorded in deed record 293, page 514, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence north 00 degrees 46 minutes west (recorded south), on and along the east line of said tract in deed record 293, page 514, a distance of 582.3 feet (recorded 582.2 feet) to the southeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in deed record 247, page 64, in the office of the Recorder Of Kosciusko County; thence north 01 degree 27 minutes east, on and along the east line of said tract in deed record 247, page 64, a distance of 170.0 feet to the point of beginning, said previous deeds to contain 3.986 acres of land. Walden, 3145 S. 175 W, Warsaw, IN 46580; and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown: Chauncey L. Walden In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
