This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. f/k/a First National Bank of Arizona, Comfortemp, Inc., Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Household Finance Corp., and The Unknown Tenant. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Debra Miller and Justin R. Miller If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
