You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: Lot number twenty-four (24) in Saemann Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 93, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): National City Bank, Attn: Mr. Brandt Hardy One National City Center, Suite 845E, Indianapolis, IN 46255; The Unknown Occupant, 1150 Franklin St., Nappanee, IN 46550; and to the following defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Theodore R. Degroff aka Theadore R. DeGroff, now deceased. In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
