SCHULER, Deceased, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO__________COURT CAUSE NO. 43D03-1001-MF-26 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 1310 E. 900 S, Claypool, IN 46510-9684 and described as follows: Part of the southwest quarter of the section 25, township 31 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a PK nail found at the southeast corner of said southwest quarter; thence S 90 Degrees - 00'00" (Assumed Bearing and Used as the basis of bearings for this description) (recorded west), on and along the south line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 799.00 feet to a mag nail at the southwest corner of a certain 0.69 acre tract of land as recorded in document number 200800001306 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said mag nail being at the true point of beginning; thence continuing S 90 degrees 00'00" W on and along said south line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 900S, a distance off 336.38 feet to a mag nail; thence N 01 degrees 15'02" E, a distance of 198.05 feet to a 5/8 diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N 90 degrees 00'00" E, a distance of 332.06 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" at the northwest corner of said 0.69 acre tract of land; thence S 00 degrees 00'00" W (recorded south), on and along the west line of said 0.69 acre tract of land, a distance of 198.0 feet to the true point of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant whose whereabouts are unknown: The unknown Heirs and Devisees of Scott A. Schuler, deceased. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days, after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
