Main Street, North Webster, IN 46555 This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Counting House Bank n/k/a Keybank National Association and United States of America through the Department of Housing and Urban Development This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: The Unknown Heirs at law of Joseph G. Howell and Cathryn O. Howell In addition to the above named defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
