You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, which is legally described as: Beginning at the northwest corner of section 24, township 31 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and running thence south 88 degrees 40 minutes east along the north section line, 577.55 feet; thence south 1 degree 41 minutes west 377.15 feet; thence 88 degrees 40 minutes west, 477.55 feet to the west section line; thence north 1 degree 41 minutes east 377.15 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record. This property is commonly known as 1047 East 700 South, Claypool, IN 46510. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants whose addresses are: Austin L.
