HARRISON III A/K/A, HAYWOOD HARRISON, RITA A. HARRISON, ALLIANCE FUNDING, A DIVISION OF SUPERIOR BANK, FSB, CREDIT BUREAU OF WELLS COUNTY, INC.; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT CAUSE NO. 43D03-0802-MF-154 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: A tract of land in the northwest quarter of section 26, township 33 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more accurately described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe in a fence 1456 feet south 1 deree 13 minutes east of the northwest corner of said section 26; thence east 1302.8 feet to a point on the centerline of 262.8 to the center line of a creek; thence northwesterly along the centerline of said creek 1350 feet more or less to a fence that is south 1 degree 13 minutes east of the northwest corner of said section 26; thence north 1 degree 13 minutes west along said fence 241.7 feet to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are as follows: Credit Bureau of Wells County, Inc., c/o Shirley Bunson, Registered, 113 West Market Street, Bluffton, IN 46714; Haywood C. Harrison, III, 3005 Buena Blvd., Nashville, TN 37218; Rita A. Harrison, 3005 Buena Blvd., Nashville, TN 37218; Unknown Occupant, 452, Jackson Street, Gary, IN 46402; and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown: Alliance Funding, a Division of Superior Bank, FSB In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days commencing the day after final publication of this notice, and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
