WAGNER, DECEASED, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43D03-0812-MF-1216 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 522 Parker St., Warsaw, IN 46580-3229 and described as follows: Lot number twenty-two (22) in Patterson's Woodside Addition to the City of Warsaw, LESS and EXCEPTING therefrom the following described tract, to-wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot number 22 in Patterson's Woodside Addition to Warsaw, Indiana, and running thence north 8 9 degrees 00 minutes east (true), along the north line of said lot number 22, 132.00 feet to the northeast lot corner; thence south 02 degrees 10 minutes west (true), along the east lot line, 5.64 feet; thence north 89 degrees 33 minutes west (true), 131.82 feet to the Point of Beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Francis L. Wagner, Deceased. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
