NOTICE OF SUIT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO MORGAN STANLEY CREDIT CORPORATION, Plaintiff vs. DAVID J. MOORE, MARY E. MOORE, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT CIVIL DIVISION CAUSE NO. 43D03-0811-MF-1195 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the above named Court. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and Foreclosure Mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County: Lots 27, 27A and 28 in Bigler's First Addition to Bayview on Webster Lake excepting real estate that lies within captioned lots. Beginning at a stake 292 feet north of the southeast corner of lot #30 in Bigler's First Addition to Bayview on Webster Lake in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and on the water's edge of said Webster Lake; and running thence southwest to the east line of a public highway known as Lake View Drive at a stake 170 feet northwest of the southwest corner of said lot #30 on the extended west line of said lot #30; thence northwest along said east line of said highway a distance of 45 feet to the stake; thence northeast to a stake on the water's edge of said Webster Lake, located a distance of 45 feet to the place of beginning; thence south along the water's edge of said lake, a distance of 45 feet to the place of beginning. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants whose addresses are: Mary E. Moore, 1383 Crimson Lane, Yorkville, Il 60560 John Doe, 28 EMS W 25 Lane, North Webster, IN 46555 Jane Doe, 28 EMS W 25 Lane, North Webster, IN 46555 and to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: David J. Moore In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before _____________ (same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit) and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
