Being the same premises as conveyed in Deed from Bradley D. Bibler and Bryan K. Bibler as the co-personal representatives of the estate of Barbara L. Bibler, deceased recorded 12/31/03 in document number 200300171791, in said County and State. And commonly known as: 1205 Fisher, Warsaw, IN 46580 This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Bradley D. Bibler a/k/a Brad D. Bibler and Suzanne Bibler This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: Glenn Burkett and Donna Burkett In addition to the above named defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
