You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. Branch St., Syracuse, IN 46567-1033 and described as follows: The west one-half (W-1/2) of the following described tract of land: Beginning on the half quarter line 700-1/2 feet north from the southwest corner of the east half (E-1/2) of the northeast quarter of section 6, township 34 north, range 7 east; thence north 86-1/4 degrees east 660 feet to the middle of a 40 foot street; thence north in the middle of said street 66 feet; thence south 86-14 degrees west 660 feet to said half quarter line;thence south on said line 66 feet to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Edith Musgrave a/k/a Edith Bowman-Musgrave, Andrew E. Wright, Carri A. Wright and Radiology, Inc. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Charles E. Musgrave a/k/a Charles Musgrave. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
