You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 5144 E. Wooster Rd, Pierceton, IN 46562-9244 and described as follows: A tract of land in the southwest quarter of section 20, township 32 north, range 7 east, Washington Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a railroad spike at the intersection of the west line of said southwest quarter and the centerline of Wooster Road; thence south 89 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds east, and on and along said centerline, 708.80 feet (recorded to a PK nail for a true point of beginning; thence continuing south 89 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds east, on and along said centerline, 15.77 feet to a PK nail; thence south 79 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds east, on and along said centerline, 100.65 feet to a PK nail; thence north 12 degrees 24 minutes 23 seconds east, 241.00 feet to an iron pin; thence south t74 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds east, 169.25 feet to an iron pin on the west line of block 9 in the original plat of Wooster; thence north 18 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds east, along said west line, 318.25 feet to a point on the south right-of-way of the Conrail Railroad, 0.70 feet east of an iron post; thence north 70 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds west, along said right-of-way 417 feet to a point 0.60 feet south of a "X" chiseled in a concrete headwall; thence south 03 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds west. 615.20 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.60 acres more or less.
