The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate: Beginning at an iron pipe marking the southwest corner of said lot numbered 14 and on the easterly right of way of 33 feet wide Maple Street, thence north, 58.00 feet to an iron pipe, thence south 89 degrees 58 east parallel with the south line of said lot 14, 213.50 feet to an iron pipe, thence south 130.27 feet to an iron pipe on the south line of said lot 15 and the northerly right of way of Church Street, thence north 89 degrees 58 west, along said right of way; 65.00 feet to an iron pipe, thence north 72.27 feet to an iron pipe on the north line of said lot 15, thence north 89 degrees 58 west, 148.50 feet to the place of beginning. And commonly known as: 309 South Maple Street, Pierceton, IN 46562. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Occupant(s) of 309 South Maple Street, Pierceton, IN 46562, Beneficial Indiana Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. and Citifinancial Inc. This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: Terry L. White and Katherine L. White In addition to the above named defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
