    The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any  other person who may be concerned.
    You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
    The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 11515 S 200 W., Silver Lake, IN 46982-9023 and described as follows:
    The north part of the east quarter of the east half of the southeast quarter of section eight (8), township thirty (30) north, range six (6) east, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said southeast quarter and running thence south six hundred thirty-eight (638) feet more or less to a steel post now in place; thence west three hundred twenty (320) feet more or less to the west line of the said east quarter of the east half of the southeast quarter of said section 8; thence running north along said west line to the north line of said southeast quarter; thence east 320 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
    This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s):
    Midland Funding LLC as Assignee of Bank of America and Capital Alliance Financial, LLC
    This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Ada J. Prater, Deceased and ContiMortgage Corp.
    If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
    You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
