NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION WWR #10027579 STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, PLAINTIFF VS SHARON K. GOSNELL, ARTHUR D. GOSNELL, and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S), Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-0909-MF-00461 TO: Sharon K. Gosnell and Arthur D. Gosnell BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Zarksis V. Daroga, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court its Complaint against the above-named Defendants, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot number eight (8) in the First Addition to Lamp Post Manor Estate, Addition I as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 23, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 2000-07-0624 commonly known as 1433 Sunset Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590. NOW, THEREFORE, said defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless the Defendants appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against the Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
