The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 1944 Dausha Ct, Warsaw, IN 46580-7807 and described as follows:
PART OF LOT NUMBER 28 IN TIGER'S RETREAT IN THE CITY OF WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF DAUSHA COURT, 25.0 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ON THE EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF THE COMMON WALL BETWEEN UNITS OF A FRAME DUPLEX SITUATED ON SAID LOT, 144 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTHWEST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON SAID LINE 53 FEET TO THE NORTH CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF SAID LOT, 132.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
