HILL (deceased), et al., Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT #3 CAUSE NO. 43D03-1505-MF-000059 To: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Larry L. Hill and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Larry L. Hill: BE IT KNOWN, that Fifth Third Mortgage Company, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Leslie A. Wagers, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court #3 its Complaint against Defendant Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Larry L. Hill and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Larry L. Hill, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Larry L. Hill and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Larry L. Hill, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to wit: A parcel of land beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 31 North, Range 6 East, and running along the Section line, 788 feet to the North line of the New York, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company property line; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the said property line, 189 feet and 4 inches; thence North 819 feet to the section line; thence West along the section line, 186 feet and 6 inches to the place of beginning, all in Kosciusko County, in the same of Indiana. Commonly known as 1971 West 700 South, Claypool, IN 46510. NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
