    The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.

    You are hereby notified that the Defendants, Joseph Clarence Hidlebaugh, Barbara Ann Hidlebaugh, and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Joseph and Barbara Hidlebaugh, are being sued by First Federal Savings Bank in the above captioned matter in the Kosciusko Circuit/Superior  Court, Kosciusko County, State of lndiana.

    The nature of the suit is a civil action wherein the plaintiff has filed a Complaint on a Promissory Note and for Mortgage Foreclosure demanding judgment on a promissory note and the foreclosure of a mortgage on the defendants at the property located at 7620 Scheilder Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, in Kosciusko County, Indiana which property is more particularly described as follows to-wit:

    Lots numbered two (2) and three (3) in the second addition to Lake Breeze on Hoffman Lake, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 46, in the Recorder's  office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    MORE COMMONLY  KNOWN AS: 7620 Scheilder Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582

    This Summons by Publication and Notice is specifically  direct to the Defendants, Joseph Clarence Hidlebaugh and Barbara Ann Hidlebaugh,  both deceased, and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Joseph Clarence Hidlebaugh and Barbara Ann Hidlebaugh, whose whereabouts  are unknown.   You must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney,  within thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published, and  in case you fail  to do so, Judgment  by  Default may be entered  against  you for the relief demanded by the plaintiff in the Complaint.

    If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising out of the transaction of occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiffs claim, you must assert it in your written answer.
