You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. EXCEPT: Part of the southeast quarter of section 4, township 30 north, range 5 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly descried as follows, to wit: Commencing at a bronze marker found marking the southeast corner of said southeast quarter; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes west (deed bearing), on and along the south line of said southeast quarter a distance of 952.7 feet to a PK nail set at the rue point of beginning; thence continuing south 90 degrees 00 minutes west, on and along said south line, being within the right-of-way of state Road #14, a distance of 380.7 feet to a PK nail set; thence north 02 degrees 10 minutes east, on and along a line established by an existing line fence and monuments found, a distance of 842.74 feet to an iron pin set; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east, parallel to said south line, a distance of 380.7 feet to an iron pin set; thence south 02 degrees 10 minutes west, a distance of 842.74 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 7.36 acres of land, more or less.
