    The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned.  You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:
    Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 31, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 798.24 feet to the point of intersection with the East right-of-way line of the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad, said point of intersection being the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 90 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along said North line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 800 South, a distance of 773.6 feet to a point situated North 90 degrees 00 minutes East, a distance of 1571.84 feet (recorded 95 1/2 rods which equals 1575.75 feet) from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds East on and along a line established by an existing line fence and monuments found, a distance of 1308.6 feet (recorded 80 rods which equals 1320 feet) to a wood post found; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes West, on and along a line established by monuments found, said line being referred to in adjoiners deed as the North line of the South half of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 706.5 feet to the point of intersection with the East right-of-way line of said railroad; thence North 00 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds West, on and along said East right-of-way line, being a line parallel to and 50.0 feet (measured at right angles) Easterly of the centerline of the main tracks, a distance of 252.6 feet to the point of curvature of a regular curve to the left having a radius of 6018.0 feet; thence Northerly, on and along said East right-of-way line, begin defined by said curve, an arc distance of 423.35 feet (the chord of which bears North 02 degrees 42 minutes 35 seconds West for a length of 423.35 feet) to the point of tangency; thence North 04 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds West, on and along said East right-of-way line; tangent to said curve, a distance of 634.1 feet to the true point of beginning.

    This property is commonly known as 2307 West 800 South, Claypool, IN 46510.

    In addition to the above-named Defendants being served by this summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by your attorney, on or before 13th day of February, 2015 (same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit) and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
