NOTICE OF SUIT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORP III, Plaintiff vs. TONYIA FOSTER, STATE OF INDIANA, AND JOAN KAY SCOTT, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CAUSE NO. 43D01-0701-MF-22 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit is a complaint to reform mortgage and the foreclosure of the mortgage upon the property located in Kosciusko County at 252 EMS R#4, Pierceton, IN, 46562, legally described as: TRACT I: Lot numbered twenty-two (22) and the southeast half of lot number 117 in Riley Memorial Beach on Ridinger Lake as recorded in plat book 3, page 323 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. TRACT II: Lot numbered twenty-three (23) in the plat of Riley Memorial Beach on Ridinger Lake as recorded in plat book 3, page 323 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Subject to the conditions, restrictions, easements, building lines, etc., upon the use of the described real estate that may be shown of record in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are unknown: Tonyia Foster You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before the 25th day of June, 2008, (same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit) and if you fail to do so a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
