HULLINGER, Defendant IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-1508-CT-0051 NOTICE OF SUIT The State of Indiana to the defendant, MICHAEL T. HULLINGER, the above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: The Plaintiff is alleging that the said defendant is responsible for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and negligent manner on September 13, 2014, on Harkless Road in Syracuse, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and struck the Plaintiff as a pedestrian at said location. Plaintiff has suffered serious bodily injuries, and in addition, including, but not limited to, medical expenses, lost wages, physical pain, emotional suffering and loss of enjoyment of life. Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff in an amount sufficient to compensate Plaintiff for all injuries and damages sustained as a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the Defendant, Michael T. Hullinger. This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the defendant, MICHAEL T. HULLINGER whose whereabouts are unknown. In addition to the defendant being served by this Summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer Plaintiffs Complaint for Damages in writing by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
