The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 71 Ems D24B Ln, Syracuse, IN 46567-7948 and described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST IN THE COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO, STATE OF INDIANA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING IN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP AND RANGE AFORESAID; RUNNING THENCE EAST ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID ROAD 568 FEET; THENCE NORTH 120 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT NUMBER 3 IN THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SECOND ADDITION TO RALPH METZLER'S SUBDIVISION ON DEWART LAKE; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUNNING THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 132 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 132 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Gerald R. Hastings, Deceased
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
