Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff, Miller's Health Systems, Inc., has filed a suit to foreclose lien in the Kosciusko Circuit/Superior Court, against Defendant(s) The Unknown Heir(s) of Harold Fisher (Deceased), whose whereabouts are unknown. The Court is located at 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, IN 46580. Plaintiff is represented by Wesley N. Kirkwood, KIRKWOOD LAW, LLC, 1051 E. Market St., Nappanee, IN 46550, 574-773-7779.
