NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNER(S) OF THE WITH-IN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES BY VIRTUE OF a certified copy of an Agreed Judgment, Default Judgment and Order of Foreclosure and Sale to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0801-MF-35 upon the docket of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, wherein First Federal Savings Bank is Plaintiff and Nicholas A. Williamson, Kayla A. Williamson, Pathfinder Services, Inc., and United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Housing Service were Defendants, requiring me to sell the following described real estate and to apply the proceeds of said sale, to the extent necessary, to the payment of said Judgment, costs and accruing costs, and to account for the balance to whomsoever is lawfully entitled, and having served notice of this sale upon the owners claiming interest in the following described real estate, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 32-29-7-1 through 14, including publication upon the owners whose whereabouts are unknown, I will expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on September 23, 2008 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on that date at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the whole body of the following described real estate, together with the rents, issues, income, and profits thereof located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, Street Address: 534 N. Parker Street, Warsaw, Indiana, and described as follows: Lot Number Eighteen (18) in Patterson's Woodside Addition adjacent to the City of Warsaw, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55C in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation and appraisement laws, and for cash or cash equivalent. The undersigned Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, will issue to the purchaser of said real estate a Sheriffs Deed for said real estate as provided by law. W.R.
