Taylor (deed record (255, page 139, O/R) containing 1.89 acres more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section; thence N 87 degrees 06' 00"W, 317.69 feet along the north line of said quarter section to a PK nail and the point of beginning; thence south 0 degrees 00" 00" west, 256.54 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence north 87 degrees 06'00" west, 322.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence north 0 degrees 00'00" east, 256.54 feet to a PK nail located on the north line to the point of beginning. Commonly known as: 401 East 450 South, Warsaw, IN 46580 Tax ID Number: 01-720000-34 This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled "An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith."
