Stimmel 28 EMS B48 Lane Warsaw, IN 46582 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: By virtue of a certified copy of the judgment and decree of foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 under Cause Number 43D01-0801-PL-14, wherein Pickwick Block Commercial Condominium Owners' Association is a Plaintiff and Samuel S. Stimmel and Tracy J. Stimmel are Defendants; rendering judgment in the sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-nine and 13/100 ($7,469.13) plus costs, and accruing costs and interest, in favor of the plaintiff, said judgment ordering sale of the real estate hereinafter described to make assets for the payment of the sums due the plaintiff therein, I will expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of July, 2008 at 10:00 am. on said date at the office of the Kosciusko County Sheriff at 221 W. Main Street, in the City of Warsaw, County of Kosciusko, Indiana, the real estate together with the rents, issues, income and profits thereof, all located at 801 N. Huntington St., Suite 10, Syracuse in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit: Unit 10 and 8.41% of the common area in the Pickwick Block Commercial Condominium Horizontal Property Regime. Said sale will be made without any relief whatsoever from valuation and appraisement laws and for cash. The undersigned, the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, will issue to the purchaser of said real estate a Sheriff's Deed for the real estate as by law provided under Chapter 90 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Indiana, for 1931, as amended.
