NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D01-0802-MF-88 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-5 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-5 was the Plaintiff and Denver Craft; Mary Craft; Option One Mortgage Corporation; Helvy and Associates, Inc.; and Money Matters Professional Collections, Inc. was/were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 22, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 221 Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
